And while that means that spring is near, it also means you will be losing an hour of sleep. Here’s a few tips to help you get back to work on your sleepy Monday.
How to Deal with Losing an Hour of Sleep
You can always turn to the tried and true solution for getting through a sleepy day- you can hit the coffee hard! I’m talking about a “setting up a caffeine drip” kind of situation. You can always add a bit of chocolate to your day if you need a little something more to wake you up!
Ever have that moment when your head snaps up and you realize you just fell asleep at your desk? If losing that hour of sleep is kicking your butt, it helps to get up and move. Try taking a walk around the office, or, if the weather is cooperating, take that walk outdoors and breathe in that fresh air. Once you have a few more neurons firing, you can get back to work.
Our last tip is the most out there – but if you’re up for something crazy, give this a try. You could commit to going to bed an hour earlier. That way, you don’t actually lose any sleep! We know, it’s a long shot, but you’ll feel pretty good if you can pull it off!
