  1. I have a question for you. I was wondering if you painted the plain white paper with a transparent glittery paint and let it dry completely then taped the “snowflakes on top of the dry paint then paint the entire paper including the tape with blue paint if the snowflakes would appear sparkly when the tape was removed?
