  1. Another after Easter Idea is to use all that boiled eggs for a wonderful appetizer. You’ll have to carefully peel the eggs and cut them in half. Separate the white from the yolk and set the white down for now. Use a mixer to make some tasty mayonnaise from the yolks. Start by adding some salt and mixing well, then add sunflower oil little by little. In case it is too thick you may add some water. You may also add spices to your taste and the fill up the egg whites. And you have a great tasty appetizer, everyone is going to love and won’t have to throw away all those boiled eggs.
